Pizza en sartén eléctrica
Me apetecía hacer una pizza en sartén, es una manera realmente muy rica y queda muy crujiente. Una forma sencilla de hacerla sin encender el horno y mas ahora que ya encenderlo nos resulta mas pesado.Animaros a hacerla y me contáis a ver que tal.Yo dejo aquí el paso a paso.



INGREDIENTES PARA LA PIZZA EN SARTÉN ELÉCTRICA.

* 1 masa de pizza, puede ser comprada refrigerada o casera bien fina.( yo en Mercadona).
*Tomate frito casero o industrial de buena calidad.
* 100 gr. de queso gratinar.
* Queso tranchetes o sabanitas .
* Orégano al gusto y pimienta negra molida.
* Aceitunas las que tenía o negras.
* Jamón dulce.
* Un chorrito de aceite de oliva suave.
* Aceite de girasol para pincelar la sartén
