in the 14 years up until early 2014, we filed 4 wheel patents.
In the last 6 months we’ve filed 8.

I know exactly what’s happening, since it’s been me who’s had the pleasure of doing all the paperwork.

J'ai trouvé que cela pouvait signifier "donner de faux espoirs", "induire en erreur". Serait-ce le sens ici ?
