Hello everyone, could anyone help me understand the following situation: a translation agency shared a GroupShare file and I followed their instructions, I logged in their server, downloaded the file, and opened it in Trados. The project is now visible in Projects view, but when I open the Files view, there is no file, it's empty. If the client shares a file in my language only, it appears and I can work on it normally. What could be the issue? Thank you!

Do you open the Files view by clicking the Files view button in the lower left corner? If yes, you don't open the project but only navigate to the Files view. You need to open the project first. Double click on it for it to open the Files view automatically.
If the client shares a file in my language only
Can you please elaborate on this, what does that mean?

In case of a project with several languages, you have to select your own target language in the language selector at the left-hand top.
