Is it possible to cut (in order to paste) text from an Adobe Flash video?

I have a wee bit of transcribing to do from an Adobe Flash video, and lo and behold, most of the material is on the screen, but I can't cut or copy it. I would hate to have to retype it- can anyone help?

But if your text have been converted into images, it can not extract text.
