Some agencies want to review their translators' work, but don't want to pay for it. So they do it themselves in-house. It actually all starts there.

Hence the ridiculous situation, in my case, in which French-speaking people (from France) that don't know a single word of Dutch after a delivery sometimes send me a list with utterly ridiculous questions showing they don't understand the first thing of my language.
