It serves as a clearinghouse for information on literature and new developments in the fields of translation and interpretation, and provides an opportunity to meet and discuss subjects of mutual interest. It acts as local talent bank for business and industry, providing information on, and referrals to, available experts in various fields of specialization and various languages. It publishes a newsletter and provides a directory of its members. |
