I understand physical activity to mean doing anything that involves movement and not sitting hunched in front of my computer all day. This includes general house work like cleaning the floor, kitchen, walls etc. I also have quite a large garden so there is always stuff to do there like pruning, clearing up, cutting the grass... etc.
I usually go for a cross-country walk with my dog for at least an hour each day, which keeps us both fitter.

I voted other because it's actually several times a day. Yoga first thing, then I walk the dog, then I'll either go shopping or some other outing on my bike, or go swimming. And then I walk the dog again in the afternoon and/or evening.

I hated sport as a kid because at school it was all about competing. I was top of the class in French, English and German, why should I care that I never made the netball team or got selected to run at athletic events. I wasn't the only one to be put off by the fierce competition.

Thing is though, everyone needs to exercise, not just the top athletes!
After a medical scare a few years ago I did my research and saw that the one thing I could do to prevent myself from dying from a relapse was to exercise regularly. (Couldn't give up smoking, because I already had, can't really eat more veg because I already eat at least double the "five a day"...)

If you could take a pill that would lessen your chances of dying from almost all medical conditions, with only occasional injury as a side effect if you don't swallow the pill properly, you would, right?

Physical activity was never my cup of tea, even in my younger days, so I force myself to walk every day (it was easier when my dog was alive) at least 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the evening and I have a physio who comes home once a week for one hour for my bad knees (I suffer from articular chondrocalcinosis).

I alternate daily between long walks/short hikes and gym visits, so I both get my cardio and strengthen my back and core, which is slowly becoming a necessity in my late 30s.

I did a ten hour mountain bike bike ride on Wednesday but more significantly I spend at least two hours every day vigorously cleaning my walls.

I do approximately 1-1.5 hours of CrossFit, Hyrox or olympic weightlifting classes, 5 times a week, with Sat/Sun off.

Cleaning the walls? What’s up? Dancing on the ceiling?

I wondered at that, too. But then I thought of my own walls and an image came to my mind's eye: webcobs of my eight-legged housemates. 🕷️🕷️🕷️🕷️🕷️

I suppose you do have to stretch to get to the corners, but spiders are not so prolific that you need to remove cobwebs more than once a week surely?

I rather like cobwebs, especially for their ability to catch mosquitoes. And I'd much rather be out in the sunshine with my dog.
