Hi,

My main computer crashed so I needed to install the extra activation of my Studio 2011 in a secondary notebook. Now I'm getting my main computer fixed and would like to reinstall Studio there, but I don't have any license left.

How should I proceed in this case? Do I lose my licenses?

Hi Lucy,

It happened to me once.

All you will need to do is contact SDL customer service (I think I did so via the website), tell them what has happened and they will make extra activations avaiable for you to download.

I soon got up and running again, so you should be OK.
