Si ce Dieu pour lequel vous tuez aveuglément nous a faits à son image, chaque balle dans le corps de ma femme aura été une blessure dans son coeur.
Alors non je ne vous ferai pas ce cadeau de vous haïr. Vous l’avez bien cherché pourtant mais répondre à la haine par la colère ce serait céder а la même ignorance qui a fait de vous ce que vous êtes. Vous voulez que j’aie peur, que je regarde mes concitoyens avec un oeil méfiant, que je sacrifie ma liberté pour la sécurité. Perdu. Même joueur joue encore.
Je l’ai vue ce matin. Enfin, après des nuits et des jours d’attente. Elle était aussi belle que lorsqu’elle est partie ce vendredi soir, aussi belle que lorsque j’en suis tombé éperdument amoureux il y a plus de douze ans. Bien sûr je suis dévasté par le chagrin, je vous concède cette petite victoire, mais elle sera de courte durée. Je sais qu’elle nous accompagnera chaque jour et que nous nous retrouverons dans ce paradis des âmes libres auquel vous n’aurez jamais accès.
Nous sommes deux, mon fils et moi, mais nous sommes plus forts que toutes les armées du monde. Source text - French ...Il suffit de textuellement copier cette note pour que chacun la puisse qualifier. Cette singulière réclame se trouve dans la biographie d'un des juges dans l'affaire relative à l'enlèvement du sénateur Clément-de-Ris. A propos de ce procès, les rédacteurs de cette biographie trouvent le mot de l'affreuse énigme de l'arrêt criminel dans les Mémoires de la duchesse d'Abrantès, et ils en citent tout le passage suivant, en l'opposant par leur note accusatrice à Une ténébreuse affaire:
"On connaît le fameux enlèvement de M. Clément-de-Ris.
C'était un homme d'honneur, d'âme, et possédant de rares qualités dans des temps révolutionnaires. Содержится этот своеобразный панегирик в биографии одного из судей, разбиравших дело, связанное с похищением сенатора Клемана-де-Ри. Source text - English Over a forty-year period, the people living in the contiguous areas that became Ukraine bore the brunt of constant mobilizations and demobilizations and a long continuum of mass violence, which decimated entire generations of young men and killed enormous numbers of civilians. From 1914 to 1948, the territories encompassing Ukraine in its present form suffered approximately fifteen million “excess deaths”: 1.3 million during the First World War; 2.3 million during the post-1917 civil and national wars (and during the brief Polish-Soviet War of 1920); 4 million during the state-induced famine of 1932–3, now called the Holodomor (murder by starvation); 300,000 during the Great Terror and the annexation of Poland’s and Romania’s eastern borderlands; 6.5 to 7.4 million during the Second World War; and 400,000 during the post-war famine and Stalin’s campaign against Ukrainian anti-Soviet partisans in Western Ukraine.18 In addition to these losses, the people of Ukraine also endured massive evacuations and forced population transfers to Central Asia and to the Far East. Many, not necessarily the majority, never returned.
Each of these armed contests changed international borders, fostered the creation of sovereign and quasi-sovereign states which sought to define their citizens, and sparked national and civil wars. Each of these catastrophes expanded on the previous ones and institutionalized the idea that the Ukrainian-speaking population differed from the Poles and Russians.
These social earthquakes became the primary locomotives of the history of modern Ukraine and helped it emerge as what scholars have classified as both a pivotal and cleft state in the second half of the century, especially after independence in 1991.

Пункт XХ. Правообладатель гарантирует, что, насколько ему это известно, произведение не содержит информации клеветнического характера. Однако нужно учитывать тот факт, что подобное заявление Правообладатель делает с опорой на французское законодательство и относительно издания, опубликованного во Франции. Издателю надлежит произвести аналогичный анализ произведения с точки зрения законодательных норм и обычаев собственной страны.

The mid-year review is an integral part of the Managing and Appraising Performance (MAP) process. It is a checkpoint halfway through the MAP cycle where you can discuss your progress with your Supervisor both in terms of performance against annual objectives and actual learning versus development plan.
This procedure explains how you and your Supervisor can carry out a mid-year review. The actual local mid-year review process may vary slightly from affiliate to affiliate due to local legislation.
Before you read this procedure, you should read the Mid-Year Review Policy. This includes important information on eligibility, responsibilities and guidelines which apply to the mid-year review.

Процедура Оцінювання за підсумками півріччя є невід’ємною частиною процесу адміністрування та оцінювання результативності (ПАОР). Вона є своєрідною віхою, яка свідчить, що першу половину річного циклу ПАОР пройдено і настав час обговорити із Наглядачем свої досягнення в рамках Річного плану роботи, а також нові знання та навички, набуті в процесі виконання Плану розвитку.
Ця процедура пояснює, як саме ви із Наглядачем проводитиме Оцінювання за підсумками півріччя. Порядок його проходження в філіях компанії може незначним чином відрізнятися. Ця відмінність обумовлена особливостями місцевого законодавства.
Переконайтеся, що прочитали Правила проведення контрольного Оцінювання за підсумками півріччя, перш ніж починати ознайомлення з Процедурою.
