Born and grew up in Gatineau, Quebec as a French-native speaker. I learned English at school. I became fluent in English after working in a hospital in Ottawa, Ontario. I've also lived in Ottawa, Ontario from 2008 until 2015. My long working experience in the federal public service allowed me to write, speak and read English every working day. Specificaly, I was developping web applications using localization to include English and French text in those applications.

I'm an avid reader of books in English and French.
