My name is Xeli Pérez López, I am an English Philologist and Translator specialized in Humanities and Social Sciences EN>ES ES>EN. I acquired a deep knowledge of the English language and culture through my studies at the University of Granada (Graduate in English Philology) and by living In the UK for 20 years. During this time I specialized in several fields: Literary (theatre), Art (BA Degree in Interior Design by the London Metropolitan University), Finance (working for Lloyds Banking Group), Social Work (working as a Social Worker for Brighton & Hove City Council) and Psichology (working for the Institut Gestalt, Psicotherapy and Human Relations specialists).As my resemé reflects, I have worked in different areas using languages as a tool in both countries: I have translated plays for theatre, I have worked as an independant translator for the Institut Gestalt, as well as an interpreter for spanish speaking artists in the UK.
