Source text - English 1. Scope
This European Standard lays down the identification plates for tank wagons used for the carriage of:
— liquefied gases of class 2 of RID,
— substances of classes 3, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 5.1, 5.2, 6.1, 6.2, 8 and 9 of RID.
Compressed gases have not been considered in this European Standard.
This European Standard also defines the dimensions and the fixing of identification plates and various
particulars to be marked on them.
The requirements of RID shall override conflicting requirements of this European Standard.
This European Standard applies to new tank wagons built after the 1st January 2010.

references, only the edition cited applies. For undated references, the latest edition of the referenced
document (including any amendments) applies.

3. Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in EN 14564 and the following apply.
3.1. Сapacity
Сapacity of shell or shell compartment for tanks, i.e. the total inner volume of the shell or shell compartment expressed in litres or cubic metres.
NOTE When it is impossible to completely fill the shell or the shell compartment because of its shape or construction, this reduced capacity shall be used for the determination of the degree of filling and for the marking of the tank

Person who carries out tests on tanks and who is approved by a competent authority

Цей Європейський стандарт встановлює вимоги до ідентифікаційних табличок для вагонів-цистерн, що використовуються для перевезення:
— зріджених газів другого класу RID.
— речовин класів 3, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 5.1, 5.2, 6.1, 6.2, 8 і 9 RID.
Стиснуті гази не були розглянуті в даному Європейському стандарті.
Цей Європейський Стандарт також визначає розміри та кріплення заводських табличок та
відомості, які повинні бути позначені на них.
Вимоги RID матимуть переважну силу у разі виникнення розбіжностей між вимогами цього європейського стандарту.
Цей Європейський стандарт поширюється на нові вагони-цистерни, побудовані після 1 січня 2010 року.
2. Нормативні посилання
Наступні нормативні документи є необхідними для застосування цього документа. Для датованих

3. Терміни та визначення.
З метою застосування цього документа застосовуються терміни та визначення, наведені в EN 14564, а також наступне.
3.1 Ємність
Місткість корпусу або відсіку корпусу резервуару, тобто загальний внутрішній об'єм корпусу або відсіку корпусу, виражений у літрах або кубічних метрах.
Зверніть увагу, коли неможливо повністю заповнити цистерну або відсік через його форми або конструкцію, ця зменшена потужність повинна бути використана для визначення ступеня наповнення та для маркування цистерни.
3.2 Експерт
Людина, що проводить тестування резервуарів, і яка затверджена компетентним органом.

Общество с ограниченной ответственностью «......» (Украина), именованное в дальнейшем «Покупатель», в лице директора ......... действующего на основании Устава, с одной стороны, и
«...........», именованный в дальнейшем «Поставщик» (Польша), в лице директора ............, действующего на основании Устава, с другой стороны, вместе именованные – Стороны, заключили настоящий Контракт о нижеследующем:
1. ПРЕДМЕТ КОНТРАКТА
1.1. Поставщик обязуется на протяжении срока действия данного Контракта поставлять (передавать в собственность) Покупателя пластиковую упаковку для косметической продукции (далее - Товар), а Покупатель обязуется в порядке и на условиях, определенных данным Контрактом, принимать и оплачивать Товар.
1.2. Наименование товара, его ассортимент, цена и иные необходимые характеристики, которые определены Сторонами как существенные для Товара, определяются Сторонами в Спецификации (или иных Приложениях), что является неотъемлемой частью данного Контакта.
2. КОЛИЧЕСТВО И КАЧЕСТВО ТОВАРА
2.1. Единица измерения Товара, который поставляется по настоящему Контракту – штука.
2.2. Количество Товара, который подлежит поставке партией по настоящему Контракту, определяется сторонами путем согласования Заказа на поставку Товара. При подписании Спецификации (или иных Приложений), - отражается в данных документах.
2.3. Количество Товара, который подлежит поставке партией по настоящему Контракту, должно отвечать данным по количеству, указанным в товаросопроводительных документах.
2.4. Общее количество Товара, который поставляется по настоящему Контракту, равно сумме всего Товара, поставленного партиями на основании данного Контакта в течение всего срока его действия.
2.5. Качество Товара, который поставляется, должно отвечать установленным стандартам, требованиям стандартов качества и технических условий для данного вида Товара и подтверждаться соответствующим документом (Сертификатом Качества Поставщика), который удостоверяет качество Товара, а также необходимым характеристикам Товара (которые определены Сторонами как существенные для Товара) в Спецификациях или иных приложениях к настоящему Договору (при их наличии).
2.6. Поставщик дает гарантию, что Товар не имеет дефектов, связанных с процессом его производства, хранения и материала, из которого он изготовлен и соответствует Сертификату Качества.
2.7. Поставщик дает гарантию, что качество Товара соответствует европейским требованиям к косметической упаковке.
3. УСЛОВИЯ ПОСТАВКИ
3.1. Товар поставляется партиями. Размер партии Товара определяется на основании заказа, представленного Покупателем, и подтверждается счетом-фактурой, выписанным Поставщиком.
3.2. Заказ подается Поставщику: путем направления электронного документа на электронный адрес Поставщика, факсимильной связью, или иным способом (по взаимной договоренности Сторон), который позволяет зафиксировать дату и содержание Заказа.
3.3. Заказ на поставку товара содержит:
• дата подачи заказа;
• наименование Товара;
• ассортимент Товара;
• количество Товара;
• цена Товара;
• срок поставки Товара;
• иные необходимым характеристики Товара.
3.4. Поставщик подтверждает, что Заказы Покупателя на поставку товара согласно данного Контракта, принимаются и обрабатываются уполномоченными на то лицами (представителями) Поставщика и Поставщик несет полную ответственность за их действия, как за действия, совершенные от имени и за счет предприятия Поставщика.
3.5. Поставщик после получения Заказа согласовывает возможность его выполнения. В случае невозможности выполнения заказа Поставщик в обязательном порядке в течение суток после получения заказа сообщает Покупателю о невозможности выполнения заказа целиком или частично.
3.6. Поставка Товара осуществляется на условиях: FСА - Otwock (Инкотермс – 2010). Поставщик не менее, чем за 5 (пять) рабочих дней уведомляет Покупателя о предстоящей поставке.
3.7. Поставка Товара является совершенной с момента фактической передачи партии Товара в распоряжение перевозчика.
3.8. Срок поставки Товара согласовывается Сторонами на поставку каждой отдельной партии Товара и указывается в Спецификации/Приложении, что является неотъемлемой частью данного Контракта

Limited liability company “........” (Ukraine), hereinafter referred to as “the Purchaser” represented by Chief Executive ..... acting under Articles of Association, on the one part, and
“........”, hereinafter referred to as “the Supplier” (Poland) represented by Chief Executive ......... acting under Articles of Association, on the other part, hereinafter collectively referred to as - "the Parties", contracted as follows:
1. SCOPE
1.1. The Supplier undertakes within this Contract to supply (transfer to the ownership of) to the Purchaser plastic packing for cosmetic products (hereinafter referred to as the Product), and the Purchaser undertakes to receive and pay for the Product pursuant to the terms and procedures set forth in this Contract .
1.2. The Product description, its range, price and other necessary characteristics defined by the Parties as essential for the Product are specified by the Parties in the Specification (or other Appendixes) which is an integral part of this Contract.
2. QUALITY AND QUANTITY OF PRODUCTS
2.1. A unit of measure of the Product delivered under this Contract is piece.
2.2. The quantity of the Product delivered by lots according to this Contract is determined by the Parties by means of coordination of the Order for the Product delivery. Upon the execution of the Specification (or other Appendix) the amount is specified in these documents.
2.3. The quantity of the Product delivered by lots according to this Contract must correspond to amount specified in transportation documents.
2.4. Total amount of the Product delivered under this Contract equals to the total amount of the Product delivered by lots in accordance with this Contract
within its time.
2.5. The quality of the Product delivered must meet the standards established, the requirements for quality standards and technical conditions for this kind of the Product and be affirmed by an appropriate document (the Certificate of Quality of the Supplier) certifying the quality of the Product; measure up to the necessary characteristics of the Product (which are defined by the Parties as essential for the Product) in the Specification or other Appendix to this Contract (if there are any)
2.6. The Supplier guarantees that the Product has no defects connected with the process of its manufacturing, storing and material it is made of and is up to the Certificate of Quality.
2.7. The Supplier guarantees that quality of the Product complies with the European requirements provisions for cosmetics packing.
3. DELIVERY CONDITIONS
3.1. The Product is delivered by lots. Lot size is determined under the order provided by the Purchaser and is confirmed by the Supplier’s invoice.
3.2. The order is passed to the Supplier: by sending e-mail on the Supplier`s e-mail address, by facsimile communication or other way (by mutual agreement of the Parties) which allows to fix the date and the scope of the order.
3.3. The order for the delivery of the Product includes:
• lodgment date;
• Product name;
• Product range;
• amount of the Product;
• price of the Product;
• delivery due date;
• other necessary characteristics of the Product.
3.4. The Supplier confirms that the Purchaser`s Delivery Orders for the Product in accordance with this Contract are accepted and handled by the competent officials (representatives) of the Supplier and the Supplier assumes full liability for their actions as for the actions done on behalf and at the expense of the Supplier`s company.
3.5. The Supplier after receiving of the Order coordinates the prospects of its fulfillment. In case of inability to fulfill the order the Supplier immediately reports to the Purchaser about the inability to fully or partially fulfill the order within 24 hours after the order is received.
3.6. The delivery of the Product is realized under International commercial terms and conditions: FСА - Otwock (Incoterms - 2010).
The Supplier within 5 (five) working days informs the Purchaser about upcoming delivery.
3.7. The delivery of the Product is considered to be completed from the moment of factual delivery of a lot of the Product to the disposal of the carrier.
3.8. The date of delivery of the Product is brought into accord by the Parties for the delivery of each separate lot of the Product and is pointed out in the Specification/Appendix which is an integral part of this Contract.
