I never got an invitation, thanks so much, so I just learnt about this Powwow by accident.The December Powwow was nice and everybody also, but in work aspect disappointing. Don't know if I can come now,have to make a decision at the last moment. Katharina

Although he hasn't signed up for this one yet, I do know that Henry (the site founder) will be in the BCN area during those days and would look forward to meeting us proz from the area.
I also second Rick's proposal of the Masia, if Pat is still open to the idea. Have you written to him to ask Rick?

Hello all, as Rick has e-mailed me and the idea has being going round in my mind for a while, Let's see if this year we can finally get together. So same as last year, the suggestion is to organise something at mine. I suggest we do a barbecue (with a vegetarian option) and all the booze you can drink!!. The price will be all inclusive. The masia is large, there is plenty of room to organise something for loads of people. Everyone will be together. We have room for organising meetings, etc.... See more

...to my initial note - lost in the works somewhere! Nice date to celebrate having the IRPF Declaration behind us one year more. Just hope there's no snow, although after the last two nights, I'm not so sanguine about it. Can't do much to help organise, can bring anyone who lives round the Sitges area, if it's a question of cars. Thanks Patrick, I'm looking forward to it.

I tried to notify people for the Girona powwow and had to do mailings by first choosing language pairs and then 'living in Spain'. What did this mean? That some people will have got about four messages and others will have got none. There are only so many hours in a day to select possible language pairs! Again, the group message option is ‘limited’ to the first 100 people listed in the language pairs so 101 onwards receive no notification. In any case, it’s a good idea as almost 50% of the... Hi all, Henry had to cut his trip to Europe short and so will not be joining us at the Masia - if that is where it will end up being held. Oh, well, I'm sure we'll all still enjoy a face to face meeting, if Girona is anything to go by. Click on the Girona Powwow to see my report on that one.

The price will be all inclusive. as I metioned previously on my suggestion for the first December event, the masia is an ideal setting for all of us to get together in one place outdoors. so there it is once more I hope to meet you all!!!. I would like to know well in advance so I can get things moving. We have a van available for picking up anyone coming by train from the Sant Sadurni Station.
Let me know what the tab will be so I can pay for it in advance, the event of any contingencies.... (Such as a last minute conference in New Delhi)

As far as I understand, this time it is for sure "Patrick 32" will organize the pow wow in Sant Sadorni... I will be delighted to join with my "fiancée" Eva (shis is not a profesional translator but she speaks currently 5 languages).
I have no car neitheir driving licence (at 53 years old, I might be considered as some kind of Martian...) but I know how to reach sant Sadurni amb el Ferrocaril de la generalitat (am I mistaking ???) The only thing I would appreciate is : 1/-... See more

I attended to the last Pow Wow in december : it was very sympathic but I am afraid we did not exchange many valuable information on our market... I do hope it wil be different this time. I also do hope that Girona members will join us.
