Spanish term or phrase: una digital
Hello dear ProZians,

I am working on a transcription of telephone conversations between a bank and a client. The client is complaining about the efforts of the bank, and says that he would like to do "una digital" (sometimes sounds like "una migital", but this seems unlikely). Could anyone shed any light? Here's a chunk of my transcription:

Siempre desplazamiento.

a digital one

Explanation:
I would say it refers to 'operación', i.e. 'hacer una digital' means to do a digital transaction/deal.
