Si tratta di due termini, ovvero di "Erbschaftsausschlagung" e di " Erbausschlagung".

Per entrambi ho trovato come traducente in italiano "rinunzia all'eredità" ma credo che vi sia una differenze e vorrei sapere se qualcuno mi può aiutare in questo.

Erbschaft significa eredità e anche lascito; a mio avviso però i due termini indicati sono sinonimi. A meno che nel contesto abbiano riferimenti diversi.
