Although I have found a precise German description on abbkuerzungen.de, I don't know how to distinguish between them in English.

For GRZ I find floor area ratio (FAR) but I find the same explanation for GFZ.

: GFZ (Geschossflächenzahl) is the BGF (gross external area) of the building as a % (decimal) of site area, i.e. the plot ratio (GB) or floor area ratio.
GRZ is the site coverage index - the % of the site (decimal) covered by bldngs: IZ Real Estate Dict.
