建物と設備 Explanation: As previously noted, it looks like this is being translated from German (Bauwerke und Sachen für Bauwerke). I think native English speakers are more likely to use something like "buildings, fixtures and fittings" (備品・付属品), as "items for buildings" is very vague for an English contract. |
