Non mi è chiaro a cosa si riferisca, anche perché si tratterà di vondizioni vigendi secondo il diritto dei Paesi Bassi.

agree  Marina Marino: E' la separazione dei beni previa registrazione degli stessi beni presso un notaio. Senza l'espletamento di questa formalità prima del matrimonio non si può parlare, infatti, di "huwelijkse voorwaarden".
