Di stratta di un atto ipotecario. Qualcuno sa come tradurre "onderpand" al meglio? Non capisco se garanzia, collaterale (?):

"Schuldenaar verleent bij deze aan de Bank, die dit van Schuldenaar aanvaardt, het recht van eerste hypotheek op het hierna te beschrijven onderpand:"

In questo caso, l'onderpand è il "diritto di proprietà sulla casa con terreno"

Asker: Grazie mille. In questo caso, l'"onderpand" è il bene ipotecato (che poi fa anche le veci di titolo di garanzia)
