Spanish to English Bus/Financial Investment / Securities Life annuities

I'm translating a marketing brochure for a life annuity policy from Spanish (Spain) to English (UK), and am not fully sure about the phrase in the title. Please see the full context below:

Garantía de supervivencia:
Tienes garantizada una renta constante y periódica:
Constante: el importe de la renta no dependerá de movimientos de los mercados financieros.
Periódica: podrás elegir con que periodicidad quieres recibir la renta: mensual, trimestral, semestral o anual.
Garantizada: la Compañía de Seguros te garantiza el cobro de la renta.

Having done some research, I've seen the term "Survival benefit" appear quite regularly, but that tends to link more to "Beneficio de supervivencia", so I'm not 100% sure. Could someone help please? Thanks in advance!
