I am struggling to figure out what SI PE means in a medical report about a patient with lung cancer.
The term appears in the PLAN section below:
JD: -CARCINOMA NEUROENDOCRINO DE CELULA GRANDE PULMONAR ESTADIO IV Ki67 90% (METASTASIS PULMONARES Y GANGLIONARES) [MONTH AND YEAR]
-QT PALIATIVA CON CARBO-VP 16 x 6 CICLOS--> RESPUESTA PARCIAL MÁXIMA. FIN [DATE]
- JULIO 2021: PROGRESION ENFERMEDAD
- RETTO CBCDA-VP16. C1 [DATES]
Acude a 3º ciclo tras retraso de una semana por IVR.
No nuevos episodios de hemoptisis. Buen estado general. Mejoría clinica importante tras tratamiento ATB. Analítica OK FG 70.
PLAN: - Pauto 3º ciclo + zarzio 30 x 5. Previsto TAC [DATE] (SI PE, valorar paclitaxel). Completar 6º ciclo, si TAC ok.
