When XXX, a manager in thermal packaging, was asked to develop a re-icing solution for ultra-cold vaccines, it was the week before Thanksgiving. And there were plenty of obstacles to overcome.
“One of the biggest challenges was just the timeline itself,” XXX said. “We had to have our plan in place by November XXX.”
That meant the immediate acquisition of thermal coolers, dry ice and corrugate, which were already in high demand due to the pandemic.
“Right now, almost everything related to thermal packaging is hard to get your hands on,” said XXX, strategy director for XXX. “Thanks to her relationships, XXX was able to partner and negotiate with companies to provide these materials.”

Lo mas acertado me parece que es congelar porque una vacuna no se puede descongelar ya que si se la descongela no se la puede utilizar mas. Lo que solicitan es que creen una solución para congelar las vacunas en el packaging térmico .
