Ugovor je preveden sa grčkog na engleski, od strane notara.
Veoma problematičan za prevod, jer to što se dobije nema nikakvog smisla.

@ Asker Potpuno se slažem sa Daryom, ovo je nerazumljiv izvorni tekst. Pošto je u pitanju ugovor, prevodilac ne sme da nagađa, jer pogrešan prevod može izazvati pravne i finansijske posledice. Ovakav tekst bi prevodilac trebalo da odbije da prevodi, ali pošto to očigledno niste učinili, morate se naknadno konsultovati sa naručiocem, objasniti situaciju i insistirati da dobijete tekst na jasnom engleskom jeziku.

@ Asker This text sounds like a too literal translation from some other language, done by someone with a rather "approximative" grasp of legalese.

What is the whole contract about? What is being sold? Is there any previous mention of this "credited price"?

If you ignore the clumsy // approximative choice of each individual word, the whole of

"the present selling depends on the annulling clause of credited price payment off and particularly if the buyer won’t pay off the credit price till as above last date, it will be considered that clause has been fulfilled and as a result this contract will cease to be valid."

could ONLY reasonably be assumed to mean in essence:

"ако купац (до одређеног рока) не плати уговорену цену, овај уговор о продаји се поништава"

Any more information about this "contract"?

also you have to look at the whole of

"the annulling clause of credited price payment off"

which roughly sounds - if we have to guess from this "vague" language:

clause about annulling the contract depending on this "credited price" (whatever it is exactly) being paid in full or not

But as this is about money, not some informal chit-chat, far more precision is needed!!!
