Discussion

Gary Raymond Bokobza (asker) Apr 10, 2021:
you're right Hi guys, the client just confirmed that it is indeed "on behalf". Thanks a lot for spotting that out!!
Marcelo Viera Apr 10, 2021:
I agree with Andi, it must be "on behalf of"
Daniel Delgado Apr 9, 2021:
No credible translation found. English original phrase not found in any seach, which is rare for contracts.
Orkoyen (X) Apr 9, 2021:
I agree Andy. Rendered to might mean through a written understanding, and on behalf of might mean based on good faith and credit/buena fe of the patient—as a guess.
Andy Watkinson Apr 9, 2021:
Probable OCR.

"...rendered to or on behalf of the patient"
John Rynne Apr 9, 2021:
sounds like it should read "on behalf" maybe an OCR error?
