Es un contrato de marketing. La agencia/proveedor crea contenido para toda la empresa/grupo y después las filiales hacen llegar el contenido a sus agencias. Es la parte en la que el proveedor no se hace responsable de los errores de dichas agencias.

Similarly the rosters, i.e. the allocation of various designs for each type of advertisement, shall be produced by the Client’s or Client Affiliate's advertising design agency. XX may not in any case be held fiable in the event of errors or defects in the technical elements and the rosters.
