J'ai répondu dans le texte ci-dessus... Le mot "grant" ne doit pas systématiquement être traduit car cela alourdit la traduction et ne change rien fondamentalement à la lettre du contrat. Il ne faut pas toujours chercher à traduire mot-pour-mot.
