Contudo, num contexto de estudo clínico e nessa lista que pretende ser apenas exemplificativa, eu usaria hospital. Ou pronto atendimento/pronto-socorro. Preferia hospital mesmo, para ficar mais abrangente. Acho que a ideia aí é dizer ao paciente que ele deve mostrar o cartão a todo tipo de ajuda com profissional de saúde que procurar, inclusive se não procurar o profissional diretamente, mas um serviço de atendimento.
