Спасибо!
agree Boris Shapiro : Ссылка обрезана, а сочетание quarantinable infection действительно употребляется. Достаточно глянуть сайт CDC. А вот Pandemos Eros - это да, сила :^)

agree Roman Bouchev : В официальных документах фигурирует только Quarantinabl DISEASE, определяемое как a disease for which federal isolation and quarantine are authorized. Infections употребляют как синоним,

has not been exposed to pandemic infection

There is no such a thing, quarantinable, this means pandemic, severe or devastating infection which spreads quickly.
Or,
it is better just to say:
(There is) No evidence of pandemic infection

neutral Mark Yepifantsev : Webster's Unabridged: 1) quarantinable - constituting grounds for quarantine: subjecting one to quarantine (e.g. a quarantinable disease). 2) It does not have to be pandemic. It can epidemic or smth. else. Please don’t invent meanings that are not there

Thanks for your opinion. I thought, the meaning here is pandemic. (in the sense of wide-spread, severe in this context, not in the specific area, worldwide). It is just my opinion.

No history of exposure to quarantinable diseases

С учетом характер документа я бы предпочел формулировку без перфекта, так как в этом случае необходимо подлежащее (например, Patient has had no/has reported no exposure to/contact with quarantinable diseases).

В документах ЦКЗ используется только quarantinable communicable (and infectious) disease. На мой взгляд, если судить по текстовым массивам официальных ведомств, то слово infection используют, как правило, в словосочетании sexually transmitted diseases and infections (см. ссылку ниже в разделе Definitions). Вот, что написано на сайте ЦКЗ: "If a quarantinable disease is suspected or identified, CDC may issue a federal isolation or quarantine order."
