CLOSING & EXERCISE OF WARRANT
- The Closing shall take place within 30 (thirty) Business Days from the date of fulfilment of all the Conditions Precedent by each Party and receipt of intimation of the same by the relevant Party to the other Parties, at the registered office of the Company or such other place or within such extended time period as may be agreed between the Parties.

- All transactions contemplated by this Agreement to be consummated at Closing shall be deemed to occur simultaneously and no such transaction shall be consummated unless all such transactions are consummated.
