ON Semiconductor will match a donation made by employees to a charitable organization by up to $500 USD per request.
Sponsorships
This is when ON Semiconductor sponsors an event with a charitable mission (e.g. robotics tournament to promote STEM education, walk to raise awareness and funds for health issue).
The sponsorship payment is made to a charity or education institution.
Typically there are different levels of sponsorships associated with the amount donated.
The recipient organization may acknowledge the sponsorship with ON Semiconductor’s name or logo in communication material (e.g. social media, newsletter, Web site, etc.).
In-kind donations
Employees can request funds to purchase in-kind gifts for charities/educational institutions.
Purchase must first be made through site-level procurement then costed back to the Giving Program.

Company matches an employee’s volunteer hours in the U.S. and Canada.
This is equal to $10 per volunteer service hour performed by the employee, with a minimum of three volunteer service hours per quarter and not to exceed $1,500 USD* per day, per charity, irrespective of number of employees or volunteer hours.
