agree philgoddard : I think change(s) sounds more natural.

agree Charles Davis : Change; I don't think "eventuality" is the right word here. It's not quite a false friend but it's not used the same way in the two languages. Singular is better here.

notify/inform us on any events

En medicina nos referimos a los efectos adversos de un medicamento o tratamiento como "adverse events", que creo que es a lo que se refiere el texto con "eventualidad"...

notify us of any eventualities.

Explanation in English as required. I have worked with this phrasing before in our practice in the Occupational medicine field, and it refers to any event (reaction, symptom, condition, etc.) resulting from the recommendations that preceded the terms in need of translation (to continue use of medication and a low-fat diet). Even when changes sounds more natural, what is required here is more of a technical term or recommendation. I hope this helps you move forward in your work. Thanks for the chance to help.
Peer comment(s):

agree Marisa Almor : Yes, "please" is not necessary as it is a list of recommendations/doctor's "orders".

I meant: "notify us if any issues arise" (not "of if" - sorry about the typo)
