der Diagnose des Zustands (permanent oder nicht)
und der Beurteilung/Einstufung des Schadens/der Verletzung/ Arbeitsunfähigkeit
Vielleicht wäre eine eine solche Unterscheidung auch hier sinnvoll (aber wie soll man das ohne Kontext entscheiden?) und der Arzt hat sich , sozusagen, in Kurzschrift ausgedrückt.
