Claims History Certificate
Claims History Certificate (Canary Islands)
Should this be translated literally as "affected coverage" or is really just simply referring to "cover"?
I'm assuming that "Responsabilidad Civil" is "Public Liability Insurance", with one form being compulsory and the other voluntary.
Thanks very much in advance.
"Claves de coberturas afectadas
RCO: Responsabilidad Civil de Suscripción Obligatoria
RCV: Responsabilidad Civil Voluntaria
DV: Daños al Vehículo""

If this relates to claims history, I tend to agree with your suggestion (or the alternative indicated above).

Looking at my own insurance document I think this is simply the phrase you need in English
Discussion
Without seeing the source document, it's impossible to be certain, but Ruth states that this relates to the claims history, which makes me think that "affected" would probably be the appropriate translation here, especially as 3 different areas of cover are stipulated (presumably in relation to the various claims).
