Parece que hace referencia a los cargos que ocupan los directivos de la empresa que aparecen en alguna foto/imagen (coincido con Patinba). Parece, además, un término más vinculado a la cultura empresarial de la India.

Haciendo referencia a un organigrama de tipo matricial, se podría equiparar a la gerencia de una oficina/filial perteneciente a un grupo/corporación empresarial.

Center Head [separado] = gerente oficina/filial
VP (Vice President) = vicepresidente.
