Добрый день! Слово Discharge оказалось для меня неподъемным. Please help!!

2. DISCHARGE OF PREPAYMENTS
2.1 Discharge by Delivery of Fuel Oil
2.1.1 Subject to Clause 12.1 (Force-Majeure), the Seller shall discharge each Prepayment by the Relevant Amount in each calendar month within the Discharge Period by delivering Fuel Oil to the Buyer in accordance with the Export Contract and at the times and in the quantities as set out in the Export Contract.
2.1.3 Each invoice issued by the Seller in respect of each cargo shall show the discount referred to in paragraph (a) of Clause 2.1.2 and (if applicable) the discharge and reduction referred to in paragraphs (b) and (c) of Clause 2.1.2.
2.1.4 The Seller may not voluntarily discharge a Prepayment.

12.1.1 If Force-Majeure exists in any calendar month during the Discharge Period:
(a) the Seller shall be required to discharge Prepayments from the value of deliveries of cargo(s) in that calendar month pursuant to Clause 2 (Discharge of Prepayments) only to the extent it is nonetheless able to make such deliveries; and
