Es geht um einen Vertrag über den Bau eines Einfamilienhauses und in diesem Abschnitt um das Anweisungs- und Ausführungsbuch (libro de órdenes). Hierbei habe ich den richtigen Begriff für "el enterado"

Im Zusammenhang mit der Unterschrift kann es sich nur darum handeln, dass der Unterzeichner als Zuständiger und Verantwortlicher über alles informiert ist.
Übrigens würde ich auch Bauentwicklung durch Bauabwicklung ersetzen (vgl. desarrollo, ebenda)

Es wird immer schwierig, wenn ein Partizip als Substantiv gebraucht wird, für das es im Wörterbuch keine Übersetzung gibt.
Hier eine sinngemäße Umschreibung einer Verbkonstruktion (Perfekt) durch ein Adjektiv:
a. Las operaciones de mantenimiento tienen que ser realizadas por trabajadores especializados que se han enterado de este folleto. albinpump.se
a. Diese Arbeit muss von geschultem Personal durchgeführt werden, das mit diesem Handbuch vertraut ist. b. hydropipe.at

I am translating a legal document, and I think I´ve done it correctly, but the last three words confound me: “y enterado firma conmigo.” I don´t know if the “enterado” is the judge, the prosecutor, or the recipient of the notice. "enterado" means "informed". It does not say who is informed. There should be something close-by saying who is signing the document with him. Reading the document, I understand that it's "_________________" (the recipient of the notice) the one who is informed.
