English to Arabic Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) agreement

Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, each party hereto shall pay all costs and expenses, including all fees and disbursements of counsel to such party, incurred by or on behalf of such party in connection with this Agreement and the Project

As you can notice the meaning is easy to understand , but how can we say that in Arabic using legal structure?
