I think it must be that, which is why it says "uno o più numeri vincenti". It's hard to know exactly without knowing the possible combinations of numbers. The best you can do (unless you want to be very conscientious and ask the client) is a literal translation.

What I think it means is that if you scratch more than one winning number your prize is the sum total of the individual prizes for each number. Does anything like that exist in the UK/USA?

No, ignore that, it wouldn't apply to scratchcards.
