Portuguese term

Titulação dos Alunos Titulados

Portuguese to English Science Science (general) terminology
This is the title of a scientific paper, so its important to get it absolutely correct.
Its all a bit of a mouthful for me and I wondered if any of you experts could give your opinion on the above phrase within this context.
Titulacao in this context should be 'graduation/accreditation/qualification etc etc?
And 'alunos Titulados' - does that mean 'graduate students (going on to do their Post Graduate studies?).
The full context title follows:

"Tempo de Titulação dos Alunos Titulados pelos Programas de Pós-graduação da Faculdade de Engenharia de Bauru e sua Correlação com a Utilização do Aproveitamento de Créditos: Um Estudo de Caso"

The key to this is "tempo de", which you didn't include in your question. The full title indicates to me that the study is about how long it took recent engineering graduates to take advantage of the courses they took. The rest of the article will tell you if this is correct.
