każde z powyższych ma trochę inne znaczenie. Dlatego "ukierunkować" nie za bardzo mi się podoba bo, moim zdaniem, może za bardzo odbiegać od znaczenia. To trochę zależy od tego kim jest John Smith, tj. czy pracuje w firmie, czy jest zewnętrznym specjalistą w dziedzinie.
