I think you mean grades or marks rather than qualifications. For example I have a language degree, which is a qualification for translating.

Qualifications Yes, it contains the qualifications of a student in Spain's fourth Grade(equivalent to Middle School). I agree more with your suggestion. I don't know the exact name but it has to be something like "Grade Book".
