Spanish term

desarrollando sus relaciones bancarias hasta el dia de la fecha en forma satisfa

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law (general) carta banco
Este es mi intento de traducción: "developing satisfactory bank relationships up to date"¿sería correcto usar "develop"?¿alguna opción mejor?
Gracias!

building bank relationships...

your translation using developing works, but you often hear bank ads referring to "building relationships", as well.

carrying out all its banking activities in a satisfactory manner to date

This seems to be a reference from a bank about a customer. It means that the customer operated its accounts and repaid loans etc. in a normal manner. I don't think it means that the person in question developed or built up a relationship, just that it can be recommended as a well-behaved customer.
Note from asker:
Thank you for your answer and explanation, I think it is a very good one.

Thank-you!
agree Richard McDorman : If the original text is from a bank letter of reference (which it appears to be), then this is definitely the way to translate it (although if the "sus" refers to a person, you might want to use "his" or "her" instead of "its").
