This seems to be a reference from a bank about a customer. It means that the customer operated its accounts and repaid loans etc. in a normal manner. I don't think it means that the person in question developed or built up a relationship, just that it can be recommended as a well-behaved customer.

: If the original text is from a bank letter of reference (which it appears to be), then this is definitely the way to translate it (although if the "sus" refers to a person, you might want to use "his" or "her" instead of "its").
