Italian term
carica per "fare"
Italian to English
Marketing
Wine / Oenology / Viticulture
company (winery) presentation
I have a series of slides each with a (cheesy) photo of key figures in a company (a winery, in this case) accompanied by a caption.
This particular photo features the company president wearing shades and standing beside a (his?) small aircraft, with the caption:
Il volo, la mia passione, la mia carica per "fare"
I've been toying with "propelling me to action" but it's a bit awkward imo. Any flashes of inspiration?

Well, fight cheese with cheese, I say.
You really need a noun, preferably starting with "p", to chime with "passion" and the rhythm is a bit better if you switch the two elements around:
Flying. My performance-enhancer. My passion.
FWIW
Giles

Comment: "A tough decision since all the answers were great but I particularly liked Giles' suggestion, not just for its alliteration but also for its puffiness, which perfectly suited the photograph. Thanks! "

" to make it"
Hi! the verb "fare" suggests "action" but "to have success" also in this context. This one can be a solution.

or even tackier: a go-getter's boost/high
Oh, aaaall this dreadful people,
Where do they all come from?
Could you tell me the name of the winery – so that I never touch the stuff forthwith?

thanks. THE curse of a professional: one must come up with the "right" solution, no matter how sick that solution makes one feel personally!

will to succeed
This expression is often used in the (slightly cheesy) eye of the tiger type context. My passion, my will to succeed.
It's will as in willing/desire
drive to succeed would also work

looking at it again, words that would also fit into the context would be:
my inspritation
my passion, it recharges my batteries
haha, I quite like the pub with propelling me into action, though like you say it is a little corny
otherwise
gives me my 'get up and go' (may be just a UK expression)

*pun, not pub*
I guess my favourite would perhaps be
"my passion, what drives me to succeeed"
succeed could be replaced with achieve... or even
"what drives me" or "what gives me my drive"
hmm... I really like those last 2 actually

what drives me
Forgive the overkill, but I thought i'd give a complete answer, to make it easier to choose should you like it. I would translate the sentence as.
Flight is my passion, it's what drives me
or of course
My passion is flight, it's what drives me on
(the second one is just to show some alternatives)

it's what keeps me going
...while I really love some of these answers, what I'm thinking is that the poor exec in question was perfectly serious when he said this, so here is a serious alternative (and, I totally admit, v. boring, and even somewhat banal, but so then is "la mia carica per fare") ...
