That's how understand "Diätkoller" in this context (in the sense of "Heißhungerattacken"), i.e. when you starve yourself and do not allow yourself to eat any chocolate, cake, candy, etc. you start freaking out at some point ("Koller") and stuff yourself with anything sweet around you.
