В случае неодобрения или непредставления Заказчиком ответа, Сторона имеет право выхода из настоящего Договора при наличии письменного согласия другой Стороны, оформленного в виде дополнительного соглашения к настоящему Соглашению, регулирующему также и вопросы взаимной ответственности Сторон.
