Es difícil, es una frase suelta sin nada de contexto. No encuentro el significado se "srain". Si es un typo, no se me ocurre a qué se puede referir.

: Una cosa es "brain drain" (nótese el orden de las palabras) que es, efectivamente, "fuga de cerebros" (aunque esa traducción es horrenda), y otra cosa es lo que preguntó Ana. No es lo mismo.
