Po podaniu znacznika (tracer) (najpewniej znacznik imitujący promieniowanie gamma ) pacjent powinien jak najmniej się poruszać, aby nie doszło do koncentracji znacznika w mioęśniach, które w czasie ruchu wykazuja duży metabolizm i szybko wychwytuja znacznik.

Dlatego też w tym przypadku przetłumaczyłbym to jako nadmierna koncentracja znacznika w tkance mięśniowej.
