English term

to prevent lessons being lost

English to Italian Other Other processi di partecipazione pubblica nell\'ambito della gestione delle risorse idriche
RIPORTO UN PEZZO DEL TESTO PER CAPIRE DI COSA SI STA PARLANDO.
Social learning processes involve different groups of people. First, there are the people who participate actively in the process: the “stakeholder group”. The participants usually are representatives of groups and institutions and decision-making power often resides elsewhere in the group or organisation. The decision-makers in these groups and organisations need the support of their members or of public opinion and are influenced by their members and by public opinion.
**To prevent lessons being lost** and to promote the implementation of decisions, the core group thus has to “reach out” to different audiences. Two types of audiences can be identified:
- “Powerful audiences” that have to approve or co-operate, such as political superiors, higher authorities and implementing agencies
- “Influential audiences” who influence public opinion: the general public, the media.

Come posso rendere decentemente "to prevent lessons being lost"? (Per far sì che nessuna lezione vada persa / per fare tesoro di tutte le lezioni/oppure? non è che mi convincano molto le mie versioni...)
