We are recruiting native speakers of the target languages listed above for translation, linguistic QA, MTPE, and AI/MT proofreading assignments. Requirements: Native or native-level proficiency in the target language Demonstrated experience or working familiarity with iGaming, gambling, or fintech content — any role within these fields qualifies (translation, QA, content, compliance, support, etc.) Reliable, prompt communication with the project manager (fast turnaround on queries and confirmations) Comfort working in cloud CAT environments; able to adopt Crowdin and Smartcat workflows Consistency with glossaries, style guides, and locale conventions (numerals, dates, currency) Evaluation — short test task: Selected candidates will complete a short test task before onboarding: a typical in-domain text of up to 350 words in the relevant service type. The task is returned within 24 hours and is scored to evaluate and rank applicants. Higher-scoring linguists are prioritized for assignments.
