Why does Mistral have coloured responses in Matchboard, and what does it mean?

The translations from Mistral are often (not always) coloured. I have no clue what that means and why and why Claude's and Bing's are not coloured. (And Bing was renamed “MS Translator” a couple of years ago, was it not?) If I can find out how to paste screenshots I shall do so.
